I ordered from verycrafty.com and my experience was okay overall. The items I got were decent and everything arrived without any issues, so I can’t really complain there. Shipping was fine too. That said, a few of the prices felt a little high for what I ended up getting, so it didn’t feel like the best deal to me. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but next time I’d probably shop around a bit first. Overall, I felt satisfied enough, just not especially excited about it

I had to send back an item because it didn’t fit right. Verycrafty got back to me quickly and the refund came through a couple days after they received it. Something about it was just really straightforward, no hassle or drama, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

Paid with no hassle, which surprised me because I was fully expecting the usual nonsense. Checkout was easy, so I’ll give them that, but it’s annoying that this feels like the bare minimum they should’ve had right in the first place.

"So many crafty little finds"
I really liked browsing verycrafty.com because there’s just so much to choose from. I went in looking at yarn and ended up finding little tools and random craft bits I didn’t even know I wanted. It’s one of those places where you start with one idea, and before you know it, you’re adding extra things to your cart because the options are just fun to look through.

"Finally, everything was actually in stock"
I picked up what I needed without having to chase down alternatives or deal with the usual out-of-stock hassle. i’m kind of tired of having to ask for help or check three different places just to get basic stuff, so it was nice that everything was just there this time

I tried verycrafty.com mainly because I found a discount code online, it worked just fine at checkout. It saved me a decent amount, so I was definitely happy with that.
They seem to run promos fairly often, which is really nice if you’re buying craft supplies. Some codes do expire super fast or only apply to certain items though, so it’s worth checking the details. I’d give it 4 stars because the deals are good, I just wish the promo info was a little clearer sometimes.

"Felt good that it arrived exactly on time"
I ordered a few craft bits it was just a nice little relief when they turned up on the exact day they said they would. No chasing anyone, no worrying about where the parcel had got to, no fuss at all. It just arrived safely, which made the whole thing feel easy and dependable

"Good updates, even if the wait was a little annoying"
I’ll give them credit, the order updates were actually clear. I got emails about the order and shipping, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on, which is all I ask for. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, and yeah, that was a little frustrating because waiting around for stuff you already paid for is never fun. But when I reached out, they did reply and answered my question. So overall, not perfect, but still a good experience.

The product looked close to the photos and description, so at least that wasn’t some nonsense bait-and-switch. One of the colors was a little off, which was kind of annoying, but overall it matched well enough. Not perfect, but not a total disaster either

"Really nice packaging"
I ordered from verycrafty.com and was impressed with how everything arrived. It was all wrapped neatly, nothing was bent or damaged, and the box was actually the right size instead of being stuffed with loads of extra packaging. It’s a small thing, but it definitely makes the whole order feel more thoughtful.

"Issue was fixed, but it took some chasing"
As someone who likes to know exactly what’s going on with an order, this was a bit frustrating. I had a problem and ended up having to chase them more than I’d hoped. To be fair, support did get back to me and they eventually sorted everything out, which I do appreciate. I just wish the communication had been quicker and clearer from the start. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel like a great experience either.
